Who Can Apply for the Clover YES Programme?
The programme is open to South African youth who meet the following criteria:
- Aged between 18 and 33 years
- Have a Matric qualification
- Are currently unemployed
- Have not participated in a learnership with another organisation before

Duties and Responsibilities
Learners will support various warehouse, logistics, and administrative operations. Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Stock Management (Warehouse Management System)
- Manage stock according to the Warehouse Management System
- Assist in managing stock
- Control stock while in holding
- Receive and dispatch stock
- Re-supply stock on system during receiving process
- Locate stock
- Oversee movement, re-packing, and maintenance of stock levels
- Prevent shrinkage and losses during stock movement and storage
Warehouse System Maintenance
- Maintain system updates for new and discontinued products
- Ensure stock is at the correct location
- Link and set-up scanners
- Compare and interpret weigh-bridge statistics versus claims
Housekeeping, Safety, and Security
- Conduct housekeeping responsibilities
- Follow safety regulations at all times
- Ensure safety rules are understood and followed
- Maintain security and safe storage of stock
Warehouse Productivity
- Allocate resources for picking and picking performance
- Ensure full utilization of people
- Optimize use of picking cages
- Minimize idle time
Administration Duties
- Capture truck and driver documentation
- Capture satellite and interbranch reports
- Check and control printed invoices
- Follow up on queries
- Print invoices and load sheets after picking
- Report deviations in truck arrival times
- Close routes on ERMS
Receive, Store, and Issue Stock (Parts)
- Receive stock part orders into the system
- Place stock in correct physical locations
- Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and supplier returns
- Assist Stock Controller (Head Office) where required
- Ensure paperwork for stock orders is completed and sent for capturing
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Standards (GMP)
- Ensure security, good housekeeping, and safety of stock
Receive, Store, and Issue Direct Parts
- Complete requisitions for direct orders
- Receive direct part orders into the system
- Store direct parts in controlled areas
- Issue direct parts to Artisans according to procedure
- Ensure paperwork for direct orders is sent to capturing Clerk after receipting
